Isabella is the Chairman of the Singapore Environment Council since 2008. Isabella is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in various sectors, including sustainability, engineering, construction, oil and gas, marine, aviation, IT, biotech, Integrated Logistics, and general insurance. She has served on multi-disciplinary Global Boards and was the Founding Chairman of WMRAS. Isabella holds a Management Science degree from MIT Sloan Fellows School of Management and a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science & Technology. She has been appointed a Fellow of the Academy of Engineering Singapore and the CMI of UK. She has been awarded the Public Service Medal in 2017 and the International Management Action Award in 2003.
Apart from the SEC, Isabella is also the Chairman of the Advisory Committee, School of Applied Science (SAS) and Board of Governors of Republic Polytechnic Singapore since 2014, Board Director of Singapore Business Advisors and Consultants Council (SBACC) and Chairman of the PMC Certification Board since 2020, Chairman of Eunoia Junior College since 2023, member of the Best Practice and Ethics Advisory Committee of the Advisory Board Centre (Australia) since 2024. She is a Certified Chair, Senior Accredited Board Director and Fellow of Singapore Institute of Directors.
